Here is a clip of the piece of music: Here are the orchestra performing the piece: When composing this piece he interviewed two ladies who survived the disaster. One of the ladies was 9 years old when the ship sank, she escaped on a lifeboat but unfortunately her father stayed on the ship and didn’t survive. The other lady also got into a lifeboat and comforted another child with a music box she had with her. Sam and Mollie had a talk on Zoom with Gavin Bryars the composer. They asked him lots of questions about the Titanic and his wonderful music. Thank you Sam and Mollie (and Mum!) for sending us this fascinating information!
