Today, Class 2 have been busy making Lamingtons. They are an Australian cake made from square pieces of sponge cake, coated in chocolate sauce and sprinkled with coconut. In English, the children have been learning how to write instructions so they have been following a recipe carefully to make them.

The children have made an enthusiastic start to the Spring term and are raring to go with our new topic!
