A message from Mrs Roy!

I have had a lovely e-mail from Mrs Roy in Kolkata, thanking those of you who sent in work about traditional foods of the UK last week.
She was thrilled to receive the email and was very impressed with both your hard work and with all the information you had included. She knows that her students will be very excited to read and see so many dishes from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales. She told me that your presentation was BRILLIANT and that she really appreciated the lovely illustrations.

Monday 8th June – Daily Plan – (p1of4)

Hi Class 3,

I can’t believe we’re already at the beginning of another week! Well done for all your recent hard work. I have forwarded the excellent work that you sent in to Mrs Roy in Kolkata. I shall let you know when she has seen it!

This half term we are carrying on with our overarching topic of “Shropshire”. Each week we will explore a mini-topic which is linked to our county. Last week we looked at The Olympic Games, ending the week by taking part in our own mini Olympics!

This week our focus will be “Castles”. I look forward to hearing from you by email and seeing what you have been doing. Have a super week!

Friday 5th June – Daily Plan – (p1of3)

Hi Class 3,

Well done for all the super activities that you have done over the week. Here is today’s planning for you. Don’t forget, you don’t have to do these activities at a set time or in a set order – that’s all up to you. Also, you don’t have to be doing work all day. Spend time doing other activities that you enjoy doing too.

It’s great to receive pictures or videos of some of the other things you have been doing at home as well as school activities. I love sharing what you’ve been up to on the Class page of our website!

Thursday 4th June – Daily Plan – (p1of4)

You have been very busy completing activities for the India Link this week Class 3. I have been very impressed with the work that has been sent to me and I am sure that Mrs Roy and her class will be thrilled with what you have done.

Don’t forget, if you haven’t sent work to me yet for India from the last few days, please do so as soon as possible. It would be lovely to have everybody’s work to send. I will put it all together and send it off on Saturday.
