Baking Lamingtons

Yesterday, the Grasshoppers made Australian Lamingtons, with the help of Mrs Markall.
A Lamington is an Australian cake made from square pieces of sponge cake coated in chocolate sauce and rolled in desiccated coconut. Delicious!
