Year 6 have been looking at locating the countries of the world in geography. This included locating the “top” 12 countries in Europe, the “top” 12 countries in North America, all 12 countries in South America, the “top” 12 countries in Asia, the “top” 15 countries in Africa and all the 17 countries in Oceania. After completing all of these, they were challenged to locate the “top” 50 countries on a world map.
Check out this video of Chloe – who was the first to locate all of the given 50 countries correctly on the world map.
(2m was still observed in the filming of this by the use of a, slightly awkward but extra-long, iPad stand).
Next up, the capital cities across the world!
