Good Morning Brown Clee!

This week we have been thinking about the importance of LOVE – and how it is such a massively important value!  We learn about it in the Bible where we are told that the greatest rule is to love – to love God and your neighbours!  We have also made connections between values of Love and FRIENDSHIP and understand that by treating others as we wish to be treated – we are not only showing Respect – but we are showing love. We havecreated our own recipes for  FRIENDSHIP – the Dragonflies wrote a fantastic class poem:-

Let’s take a quiet moment to reflect on the importance of friendship…why isn’t it good for people to be alone?  Are you a good friend?  How do you know?……

Prayer of the Day

Dear God,
We thank you for your love.
We thank you for all the people who show love to us.
Please help us to spread more love in the world by behaving in loving ways.
Please help us to do something every day to show people that we care.
